...Social Network for Real Estate Professionals

Hi All,
I have used ACT and Sales Logic in the past, but wondered if anyone could recommend software that can capture contacts, help with managing follow-up and leads specifically for real estate. Any advice outside of an excel spreadsheet would be greatly appreciated.

When they outgrow Excel, our agents switch to AgentOrganizer online. You do have to subscribe, but they have different levels according to what you can handle.

I'm setting up QuickBooks, I'm not sure if this would help you because I'm just learning the program myself. I hope this is helpful to you.

Hi Allen,
Thanks for our message. I am looking for a way to keep all buyer contacts in one place so I can remember their needs and send listings. ACT is a contact management software that allows you to keep track of each contact, you might want to look into it.

I have been playing with this one:
http://www.zoho.com/crm/sales-force-automation.html

It's free for 3 or less users and it's online so you can get to it anywhere.

Good Luck!!

Hi Catherine,

I am very familiar with an online tool that can be a very nice addition to any CRM software that you may find out there. SendOutCards helps you stay in touch with your contacts. It allows you to follow-up in a very personal way by sending real greeting cards through the mail from your computer.

The contact manager allows you to store all the typical contact info to include birthday and anniversary dates as well as spouse and children's names and birthdays. There is a section to capture notes about your contact that are recorded by date so that you may record the times you called and left a message, the times you spoke to them and what was discussed along with follow-up action items. The best part of all is that it keeps a log for you of all the cards you ever sent to them. You click on the link and it shows you the card you sent them and the message that you wrote.

The way that realtors use this system is to leverage their relationships by:
1) Sending a "Nice to meet you" card
2) Sending a Happy Birthday card
3) Sending a "Thank you for the referral" card and include a gift card or gift.
4) Sending Holiday cards
5) Sending special life event cards such as engagements, weddings, new baby, graduation, etc, etc.
6) Sending "get well" cards
7) Sending a card of appreciation.

There are hundreds of resons to send cards and to stay in touch with your customers in a personalized way. There are over 12,000 cards to choose from or you can make your own card by uploading a picture and adding a frame and captions. You can also include pictures on the inside of the card to include a .jpeg file of your business card or logo. You can choose one of 12 fonts to include your own handwritten font and signature. The envelopes are printed with a handwritten font (no labels) and mailed with a first class stamp.

The best partof it is that you can set-up multiple card campaigns to send to one or one thousand customers at once with a few clicks of the mouse.

Check out "The Referral Movie" at www.socreferral.com/roberto
or stop by to send a FREE card on me at www.SendOutCards.com/rubin

Please call me if you have any questions or if you wish to learn how to earn additional income by showing others how to become senders of cards.

We sell to multiple categories of prospects in multiple cities, a rather complex situation to manage, especially with multiple sales people involved. Originally we used a customized application in Microsoft Access but outgrew it's capabilities. Recently we hired someone to create a new system utilizing an open source ( free ) sortware program called vtiger. It's hosted on a remote server and backed up an another in a different location. Any of our people can log on from anyplace they can get internet access. We love the system. We also use QuickBooks for accounting but it really has no CRM capabilities. If you're interested I can get youn in touch with the person that set our system up. info@DestinDirect.com

vTiger is the way to go. We have used that for several years. It does take some getting used to because unlike most of the real estate targeted solutions, vTiger is built as a true cross industry CRM solution.

If you need any help with vTiger, let me know. I have over 18 yrs of CRM/SFA experience and vTiger is the solution I chose for our investing groups spanning multiple states.

I use BizPack that has a CRM, Newsletter, drip campaigns, email broadcast, professional development, automatic follow-up once you set it up, and tax tracking all rolled into one. It's great for several types of businesses. This also has GoToMeeting included which is great for pre-home viewing with buyer clients, online virtual open houses, great for relo's and other uses too.

Go to: http://www.mybizpack.com/dmanning to see all what is included.

It will hold up to 10,000 contacts with no extra charges.

I'd be happy to go over how well it can work for you if you want to get in touch with me.
