How to use Twitter for Listing Properties on your website on twitter or even by cell phone using SMS

Hello friends I am from India and using the Net technologies very innovatively for my Real Estate Activities.. My website is at TheReality.in I use twitter very effectively for Property updates ( listings ) to appear on my own Real Estate Website instantly using a twitter badge..

A very very great advantage of using Twitter for posting listings to my website is that the listings automatically get categorised into Rental and For Sale as well as location / neighborhood wise in their respective pages by keyword search technique that I use
So really I never have to do any housekeeping or management as this is now all on auto pilot with the power of twitter.. Wow what a relief and saving of time yet keeping my prospects uptodate upto the minute..

Besides twitter allows me to send my tweets by SMS from my cellphone

This way I operate my Real Estate website updates simply using an ordinary cellphone and SMS

When my collegues and broker associates who send me their listings via SMS as is the common practice in India , I simply have to forward this SMS replacing my name and no in place of theirs so that it goes with my contact information .

To remember whose listing it was I simply add a 2 letter code for that Realtor

I can suggest a nice way to complement your Twitter feed, is to initially monitor real estate activity using the new (and innovative service) at http://realestate.crosspollinate.org/search. The service let you monitor real estate activity in real time in a specific area. Once you log in with your Facebook and Twitter accounts, you can repost properties with 1 click, directly to your Twitter and Facebook accounts.
