We are all dealing with foreclosures and short sales these days. Does anyone have any suggestions as to how to speed up the process between present and contract and obtaining ratification from the lender involved?

I have built a homegrown CRM that is now two years old and does a great job especially for Vacation rentals. I have it set up on the back end of http://CloseToTheBeach.com and it runs my entire trasactions and contract business processes. Expensive to set up and well worth it.
