Welcome to this group. Being a non citizen you need to have an Indian partner to function as a Realtor in India.
I am Indian citizen and engaged realty services should you feel inclined we can both give it a try and see how far we can take this partnership.

Where I live I have had more than ten clients from India. There is a large amount of computer work here in the Minneapolis St Paul area and specifically where I live in Eden Prairie.

I have been very impressed by the Indian people I have met they are like me conservitive, love God, put their famliy first and have very good living traits.

I have at least 6 clients that invest in Indian real estate.
