These days, a simple real estate website is not enough to ensure your online marketing success. To put it bluntly: Traditional real estate websites are becoming invisible.

In the past, real estate agents could put up a 5-page website, and people would eventually find it (and perhaps even respond to it). That is no longer the case. To be "findable" online today, you need more than a real estate website — you need a web presence.

I have been on the Internet for about 10 years. I am a home builder and designer. Because of the slow down I hit Internet Marketing head on to learn what I can and found a new world out there.

A couple of things, I sell websites to home builders and was showing them how to use press releases to get their listing in front of people. I wrote this press release to prove my point. In about 2 weeks it has been hit over 100 times.
