Client has an interesting program to help developers with dollars for infrastructure that never has to be repaid. This program also helps investors with liquidity issues to raise money on their existing properties. The commissions are extremely lucrative and could help shore up deals that are being killed for appraisal or LTV issues. Let me know if you or your company has interest.

We are able to offer your buyers bulk packages in any state or city with a $25 mil minimum in product. This is an FDIC REO seller. Buyer would need to show us soft POF and LOI to place order with us. We have all states including CA. Discounts range from 20 to 52 cents on the dollar.
