- I started out in the real estate industry at the age of 19, working for Sotheby's International Realty as an administrative assistant where I maintained and updated the local brokerages website. This is where I fell in love with web development.
At the beginning of 2008 I started up Real Estate Web Experts where I have mixed two of the fields that I am knowledgeable in.

I love to travel.
After leaving Sotheby's Realty, near the end of 2006, I decided to travel the US. With relatively no money, I decided to do it the old fashioned way... I hitchhiked. This experience taught my a lot about myself, my country and the people in it.
I traveled with my best friend, my wonderful Australian Shepherd, Artimis.
After my adventures, I decided that traveling the United States wouldn't be enough. I want to travel the world. As you can imagine, its not really possible to hitchhike over the Pacific or Atlantic! (Well there are people who would argue that point but we wont go into that).
Well thats where starting my company comes in, and in a few short months business is booming!
I feel like a great deal of that is because God has sent me into this direction.
I do business with a personalized approach because as a small business I can treat you like a person, not just another business deal, and want to understand your business and its needs.

My Current Web Projects
Monterey Real Estate - Tina Carpenter - This site is my current masterpiece. Integrated with a content management system (for easy updating and integration of additional software), listing management software (so the agent can add all of her listings and customize them as she pleases), state of the art IDX and lead generation software, search engine optimization work (it has only been up for a couple of months and is receiving more and more google traffic every day) and is constantly undergoing further work. A site of this quality runs around $5,000 with over 50 web pages, custom programming and ongoing search engine optimization.
Carmel by the Sea Real Estate - Lisa Porch - This is my most recent completed project and I believe it to be my best visual design. This site has almost all of the features as Tina's site above except for all of the search engine optimization work. This site also has a content management system, listing management software and state of the art IDX and lead generation tools. A site of this quality runs around $2,000 with less than 10 web pages and no search engine optimization.
John McCord's Carmel Real Estate - This is a more basic web site and my current project. The design was provided by John and the work runs around $1,200.
