675 mt2 space.
Loading dock.
2 Offices, 120 mt2 total
Note: There is currently very limited rental space available in the CFZ.
Licensing & Permissions
Bonded warehousing.
Shipping and or transshipping.
License for Liquor, Food and General Food. (There are currently only 5 out of 2500 free zone companies that have this CFZ certification so the actual value of this licensing is $500K.)
Note: Profits from any of these businesses are tax free.
Warehouse ownership includes special entry visa privileges.
Price: $10,000 a month, 5 year minimum contract. Deposit is $30,000 - 2 months of rent and $10,000 non refundable.
