Hi Ivan,

I have 6+ years experience in Real Estate Mediation and have worked on around 100 disputes in that time frame. Out of those 100 cases I have a 90% success rate in resolving those disputes. I worked for a Risk Mangement company for almost 9 years, in which I handled Real Estate matters .

So it just seemedd like a great idea to keep that going. I offer mediation during and after the close of a transaction. I know first hand that there can be some disputes during the transaction and some places won't even handle those types of disputes or cost a lot to do so, such as an attorney. That is where I come in. For a one time fee, I will help resolve the issue prior to the close of escrow and be there after the close of escrow if the buyer/seller has some dispute.

I also do Virtual Assistance work as well. Great to get to know you.
