Professional Profile
Working in Commercial Real Estate since 2004.
I became a licensed real estate professional in the State of Florida in 2003. After a successful year in residential sales he returned to Phoenix, Arizona to specialize in commercial real estate. My focus is in retail and industrial real estate including user representation, site selection, lease up strategies and investment sales.
In October of 2007, I attained his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) Designation in San Antonio, TX. Upon earning the CCIM designation, his role as commercial consultant expanded to encompass advanced site analysis, project and financial analyses for owners and users of commercial real estate on a national basis. My clients include local retail developers, franchisees of national retailers, public companies, banks and private investors.
I am active in my community as a member of the CCIM Central Arizona Chapter, the Chandler Chamber of Commerce, Toastmasters International and Chandler Leadership. I also sit of the Board of Adjustment in the City of Chandler, Arizona.
