- I have a new client, WoodCrest Development, Inc., who is looking to acquire land zoned or could be re-zoned, to build multi-family (affordable, senior and assisted living) community living. They will also consider mixed-use projects. This group has excellent financial resources. On the affordable side, we are looking for 50-150 units to develop/build in each project. And depending on a mixed-use project, we have the ability to build the commercial, affordable along with additional types of housing.
We are diligently looking in the Sacramento, the Bay Area, Los Angeles and San Diego Regions. If you know of, or have access to this type of property for sale, I would appreciate it if you would either email or call me with the particulars.
Currently we have one project under contract and the goal is to have nine (9) more projects by the end of 2008.
