Mr. McIntire is currently working as Sr. Vice President with SARAVITA PROPERTIES, INC. in West Los Angeles and is responsible for growing the Property Management department in the Los Angeles area. Mr. McIntire was previously an Asset Manager with CANON BUSINESS PROPERTIES, INC., a full service real estate firm in Beverly Hills, CA. Prior to, Mr. McIntire was Vice President of Sales & Marketing with Brian Testo Associates, a full service organization focused on distressed business assets in which he assisted in purchasing full facilities, equipment, machinery, and inventory. He also worked directly with banks, lenders, law firms, and large corporations to perform appraisals and liquidations. Mr. McIntire, Founder and Principal for McIntire & Associates, Inc., has also put in place a consulting and mentoring infrastructure, which targets several aspects of the real estate business industry. He is the Co-Founder and Partner for McIntire & Au, LLC, a commercial real estate investment firm, and oversees business development & operations including acquisitions, investment analysis, financing, project management, and client relations.
During the second half of 2008, Mr. McIntire was recruited to work with NetCo Investments to assist in leasing & tenant relations for a publicly traded nationwide tenant, and also in the acquisitions of shopping centers throughout the Western Regions. Mr. McIntire has gained experience with shopping centers, apartment complexes, short sales, foreclosures, bank auctions, REO properties, creative deal structuring, fundamental analysis, due-diligence, and negotiations. Mr. McIntire has also been involved with numerous residential rehabilitations and remodeling projects.
Mr. McIntire brings accomplishments from such companies as Merrill Lynch and Wilshire Associates, with relations in consulting, finance, asset management, financial analysis, marketing, technology, networking, and leadership. As a senior analyst, he helped pioneer the development of a global investment performance standardized (GIPS) composite software for the commercial side of the investment industry. Prior to, Mr. McIntire worked as an analyst for the second largest pension fund in the world, CalPERs, valued at $280 billion. The teams’ total portfolio also included the US Army, Air Force, Navy, City of Dallas, and the city of Houston, with a total portfolio value of over $480 billion. He’s helped implement the valuation of permissible equities for third world alternative investments.
Mr. McIntire has been involved in multiple business ventures, including: Managing Board Member for the Public Safety Assistance Foundation (a 501.c3 Non-Profit organization), the market launch of a protein supplement product, a Real Estate Investment college, and is actively raising seed capital and private funding for multiple growth companies.
Mr. McIntire is an active Triathlete and a certified Rescue Diver. He is a second-degree black belt in the art of Tang Soo Do, and has realized through martial arts that a person’s character and strength are attributed to mental stamina, perseverance, and integrity. He pays it forward through the Big Brother Big Sister mentoring program as a Big Brother, and as a student advisor for the e-Business Academy and the California Virtual Enterprise. Mr. McIntire earned, with Honors, a BA in Finance from San Diego State University, is a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) Young Leaders Program, Toastmasters International, the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), and San Diego State University Alumni Association.
