Kevin Crosthwaite is a seasoned agent with over 30 years of experience in global sales, marketing, brand management and CEO of public corporations. As a Long Island native and having the opportunity to live in New Hyde Park, Roslyn, Great Neck, and raise his family in Manhasset, he possesses an intimate knowledge of the region’s real estate market, and truly believes that Long Island is one of the best places in the country to live after being relocated 5 times and returning. An expert in his field, Kevin specializes in fine homes, condos, co-ops, investment properties and new construction. Kevin approaches the industry like asset management and guides his clients through all aspects of real estate including pricing, staging, negotiating, marketing and problem solving, and provides in-depth market reports to aid in the decision making process. In his spare time he works with local, state and federal agencies to help protect consumers from fraud especially senior citizens.
