I do more with Howard Britton than Tom Ferry. Tom's father, Mike, started their business and Mike lives in our area.
Thanks for clarifying where you live. My cousin is moving to Sacramento this week into a large retirement area with 6500 homes. She is a Retired Realtor from Tulare, Ca.
Have fun at the seminar, bring some cool comfortable clothes, because it's been mighty HOT here in the desert!

I see you are from Vacaville, Ca. Where is that located? I've never heard of that area. I'm located in the beautiful Palm Springs, Ca desert. I do quite bit with referrals because so many folks want to either buy a vacation home or retirement home here.
Should you have any clients wanting to move here, I'd be happy to assist them. I pay a 25% referral. Much of the sales I've had either are Referrals or from the Internet. I'm also a Broker, CRS, SRES and e-pro certified.
