I'm a Realtor in Cape Cod , MA. My market is 75% second home/beach homes/vacation homes. I love referrals. We have a lot of retirees or future retirees who decide to buy here and get away from the bigger cities or subburbs. Anywhere on Cape Cod, you a never futher than 2-4 miles from an ocean beach or a Golf course!
