As New Yorkers we all know that we are go-getters. Lets list, market and work together so we can all benefit. This is designed to help us market properly to all local agents. Hot properties, great deals and distressed sales!
My background over the last 25 years has been within the financial services industry in the NYC arena. I attained top-million dollar producer category in the capacity of a financial advisor in the early stages of my career. I then built a foundation which lead to being named the top producing Regional Sales Director managing the NYC Marketplace and the top producing Sales Director on a National platform within the financial retail sales distribution channels at both Citigroup and HSBC Group, PLC.
I am quite humble in my personal self-assessment and have a very strong perfectionist attitude. I always manage to see additional flaws and continue to refine my own process in order to improve on it.
My emotional steadiness allows me to provide a calming effect on more high-strung or volatile people which has provided me with much success within my Sales and Sales management career.
My success is due in part in the manner in which I allow my mind to operate in a very deliberate and methodical manner, which provides me with the patience and perseverance to thoroughly ruminate and digest my goals but more importantly, its execution. This self conditioning has given me the aptitude for solving difficult deliverables not so because of any mental brilliance, but because I have the ability to concentrate, conduct proper due-diligence and the tenacity to follow a project through its completion. I have a keen eye for detail and refined sensitivities and am very discriminating particularly in making choices as it pertains to my personal and professional life. Being steadfast and patient, capable of tremendous loyalty, devotion, dedication, endurance and constancy has provided me with the foundation of being self-sufficient, with a strong sense of propriety.
The ability to follow through and stick with things is my greatest asset. Once my course is set, I pursue it tenaciously until it is completed, stubbornly resisting any attempts to sway me from executing the task at hand.

Hi Primo. In terms of sales, what's selling is under $1M especially under $600K+/-, and above $2M because that is a customer not as affected by the economy. I've sold all over the Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Bronx in my career. This is no time to stop diversifiying, so I crossing bridges more than ever. The Bronx has the most upside in our area and the cheapest rents. My team and I doing a ton of rentals in these areas. How's your marketplace?
I learned the importance of trying to live without stress back in 1995 when I was diagnosed with stage four melanoma and told I had less than a 13% chance to live. Sometimes it takes a "wake up call" like that to teach us what is REALLY important in our lives.
So I wish you a very successful, yet stress-free life.
You seem like a very driven man with much to offer. Don't forget to "Stop and Smell the Roses" along the way. It's easy to get "burned out" in real estate, so BALANCE is important.
Have fun, enjoy and relax along the way. I've been doing this successfully for almost 19 years, and I don't even look at real esate as WORK. Most of my clients are now my friends............and I LOVE what I am doing. You can too.
