Miami real estate practitioner Lucas Lechuga was sued for $25 million by a developer who claimed he had been defamed when Lechuga wrote in his blog that the developer had gone bankrupt decades ago.
Lechuga, who is still facing the charge, is one of an increasing number of bloggers facing legal action.
