I am writing to you in regards to Terry Keeton. Terry was my loan officer for my home loan. I walked into this situation with no hope of being able to get approved for a loan. All my friends were warning me about loan officers about being dishonest and untruthful. I saw Terry's website, and started to apply, then just thought, "forget it, this is a waste of time." I closed the browser. I then thought over it for awhile and called Terry on the phone. After a short discussion, I applied online and Terry went to work. I was very surprised when Terry called me back with an approval amount. My approval amount changed a couple of times because I didn't give Terry all the income information, and others I had forgotten about. (Seems like I was the dishonest one, not Terry.)

Terry is a magician when it comes to finding ways to achieve an approval. He was always available, even on Sunday. What loan officer is going to work on a Sunday for a client? Or even for a client that has such a challenging loan? I was completely impressed and amazed with Terry's commitment to his client. He was always plesant and always honest (even if it was bad news). Terry was there for me from the start to after close of escrow. I actually miss talking to him everyday. If it wasn't for Terry Keeton, being a home owner would never have been possible for me or my wife. I cannot express how much I appreciate his efforts. I have not gained a personal contact, I have gained a family friend. I received rave reviews from my realtor, and my escrow officer. That is unheard of. They stated the same comments that I experienced also.

I really hope that you realize the asset you have in Terry Keeton. He will be my number one choice when it comes to future refinancing, or referrals of friends and family.

I felt very upset & discouraged as if there was no hope in our situation. I felt as if all my dreams of owning a new house were never going to happening, I had talk to many mortgage brokers & firms who would not help my family. Time was running out on me.
