$8,000 “Obama Credit” : How Real Estate Investors Should Take Advantage of This

In my post yesterday, I explained the whole concept of doing OWNER FINANCING and sell “overpriced”, pretty homes to people who have not bought a house in the past 3 years. There are two requirements so people can qualify for the first time home buyer’s credit:

1) You have to buy a house (it never said in the law you have to get a bank loan)
2) And you have not bought a house in the past 3 years

#1 is HUGE. There are more people who can’t qualify for a mortgage than people who can. Banks’ under… Continue

Learn How to Acquire Your First Investment Property

On September 21 my mentor Trace Trajano launched the "1,000 members in 10 days challenge". If we can get 1,000 members to this site in 10 days (by September 30), Trace will give away his audio CD - "How to Acquire your First Deal" - FREE.

Hi, Joy- What's up in Laguna these days?
My sister in Quezon told me they had a disastrous typhoon back in Oct 31 and it flattened the coconut plantations - that means no harvest for two years - sad!

Thanks for your comments, Joy-I have properties, lands for sale in the island of Alabat, white sands, coconut plantation..I am basically interested in overseas buyers who want to have a piece of the island for as little as $30,000 The island is accessible by small boats to the mainland, Atimonan for about 30 to 45 minutes. From Atimonan it takes about 4 hours by bus or car to Manila.
