About Me/Bio

Licensed since 1994, I have been in the Real Estate and Resort Development Business for over 15 years. My main concentration has been in "Development" and "Sales/Marketing", but have also been deeply involved in the "Construction" on many of the Development projects that I have been associated with.

Having recognized the need for a better way to promote Resort Developments, I have formed a company called Organic Marketing Innovations Group, LLC (OMI Group). Using Strategic Partnerships throughout the industry, OMI Group offers Resort Developers and Owners an innovative approach to Marketing and Selling of their properties by using "Organic" methods of promotion instead of the "high cost" recent traditional ways.

I learned the basic fundamentals of this approach while recruiting for the United States Air Force and have spent the last 15 years enhancing and perfecting my methods into a proven practice. My goal is to help achieve a "Tipping Point" in the industry of Resort Sales and Marketing where the recently traditional methods give way to a new era of "Organic" methods.

I specialize in Marketing and Sales of Resort Development properties using an Organic approach. While I live in Colorado, I have spent the last 9 years promoting and selling properties in Mexico and the US.

We created ResortAuthority.com to provide Real Estate Professionals with a way to earn referral fees from resort developers all over the world and to help the resort developers increase their marketing reach by introducing them to our network of Real Estate Professionals.

Note that this is a much tinier market which keeps things stronger for a longer period of time. We don't need hundreds of thousand of buyers here to stay in good shape.
